JOB SUMMARY

He/she carries out the daily activities of the Human Resources Department including oversight of recruitment, training and development, employee relations and staff accommodation. Additionally, he/she focuses on delivering HR services that meet or exceed the needs of employees and enable business success; as well as ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures.

TASKS

Managing Recruitment and Hiring Process

Managing Employee Training & Development

Maintaining Employee Relations

Managing Legal and Compliance Practices

Handling the Staff Accommodation

Supervises the payroll process along with the payroll department

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or similar.

Previous experience in Human Resources Department in Hospitality sector.

Very good knowledge of the English language.

Organizational and communication skills.

Professionalism, responsibility.
