• Support internal employee development programs and engagement activities
• Assist in organizing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion activities for employee engagement
• Create internal content (emails, posts) and manage the monthly newsletter and Info Hub Share Point for South East Europe
• Assist with the internal invoice approval process (PR/PO creation)

• Student of Business Studies, Human Resources, Communications or similar
• Proficiency in English (verbal & written)
• Good communication skills & a proactive mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point)
• Enthusiastic about working in a multi-cultural team environment and on diverse topics
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Interest in developing Employee related event organization skills and/or content creation skills

• Enrolled as full-time student for the complete duration of the internship
