In Natech, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will have the key role entrusted with directing the IT strategy for our internal use. The job holder will supervise the design, deployment, and maintenance of our technological systems, ensuring unparalleled uptime and peak performance. A strong emphasis will be placed on ensuring compliance with industry standards, guaranteeing robust security and operational excellence. The IT manager should be highly experienced, detail-oriented and proactive professional who can work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic scale up environment.
The successful candidate will have a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry’s best practice processes.

Main Responsibilities:

• Direct and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

• Establish clear team goals and KPIs that align with the organization’s IT strategy.

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, networks, and virtualization environments to ensure high availability and performance.

• Lead the adoption and management of cloud solutions, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures.

• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.

• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested.

• Plan and manage IT projects, including upgrades, installations, and migrations.

• Manage annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.

• Ensure IT projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify technology needs and develop solutions.

• Implement comprehensive IT security policies and procedures to safeguard company data and IT assets. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure.

• Negotiate with technology vendors and service providers to secure software, hardware, and consulting services that meet the company's needs at favorable terms.

• Provide constant feedback to internal and external users.

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT system improvements.

• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT management or a similar role.

• Proven project management skills with experience in leading IT projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Highly experienced in Windows server (Active Directory, DNS Server, Group Policy, IIS) - 2019 and newer editions.

• Experience with virtual environments such as VMware/ Hyper - V.

• Adept with network protocols and administration (e.g., routing, wireless management).

• Experience with IT security measures and policies (e.g., firewall, VPN, back up, alert handling).

• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365.

• Experience with any or all the below will be considered a plus:

• Microsoft Azure

• Microsoft SQL Server Administration
