Java Back-End Developer

NEUROPUBLIC is looking for a highly skilled Java Back-End Developer. As a Java Back -End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. The ideal candidate should be familiar with Git and have experience with Postgre SQL databases. Familiarity with J2EE and/or Spring Boot.

- Design, develop and maintain Java-based applications and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Write clean, well-designed, and testable code
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in production environments
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to our development process
- Work with Git for version control and collaboration
- Develop and maintain applications using Postgre SQL databases
- Proven experience as a Java Back – End Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Java, J2EE and/or Spring Boot, and relational databases (Postgre SQL)
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies
- Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Organizational skills
- Excellent time management and crisis management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Work well under pressure and meet set deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
