24MEDIA is looking for a Junior IT Support with 2 years experience on another company.
RESPONSIBILITIES

ΙΤ responsibilities
End users technical support
Setup desktops/laptops, apply image
Troubleshooting H/W and S/W
Troubleshooting network infrastructure
Troubleshooting Printers
Provide support and troubleshooting in existing infrastructure
Conduct fault investigation in lab or production environment
Gain technical specialization on specific products / technologies / solutions
Ηelpdesk requests
Microsoft Office support
Google Workspace support
Microsoft Windows support
Adobe Creative support
Manage servers and networks
Network Switching
Network Patching
Educate people

REQUIREMENTS

Two (2) years previous working experience as Junior IT Support

Hardware and software installation-troubleshooting on new or used PC's (Windows – Linux – Mac )

Fundamental system administration knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers

Basic knowledge of network technology TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP

Ability to work with diverse environments of computer systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Vmware v Sphere, Windows Servers)

Genuine interest in exploring and working with new technologies

Strong Communication Skills

Cooperation with teams

Discharged military obligations for male applicants
