RESPONSIBILITIES
- ΙΤ responsibilities
- End users technical support
- Setup desktops/laptops, apply image
- Troubleshooting H/W and S/W
- Troubleshooting network infrastructure
- Troubleshooting Printers
- Provide support and troubleshooting in existing infrastructure
- Conduct fault investigation in lab or production environment
- Gain technical specialization on specific products / technologies / solutions
- Ηelpdesk requests
- Microsoft Office support
- Google Workspace support
- Microsoft Windows support
- Adobe Creative support
- Manage servers and networks
- Network Switching
- Network Patching
- Educate people
REQUIREMENTS
Two (2) years previous working experience as Junior IT Support
Hardware and software installation-troubleshooting on new or used PC's (Windows – Linux – Mac )
Fundamental system administration knowledge of Windows and Linux Servers
Basic knowledge of network technology TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP
Ability to work with diverse environments of computer systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Vmware v Sphere, Windows Servers)
Genuine interest in exploring and working with new technologies
Strong Communication Skills
Cooperation with teams
Discharged military obligations for male applicants
