Cost/Purchasing Controller

ROLE FUNCTIONS

Oversee all purchasing operations and Supplier engagement for all departments within the resort.

Analyze market conditions to devise and implement effective purchasing strategies aligning with business objectives.

Review and optimize spend data, developing negotiating strategies to ensure competitive pricing for goods and services.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships.

Implement and refine tools for monitoring supplier performance and gathering customer feedback.

Assist in preparing requirements for operational supplies to support the resort's operational needs.

Conduct regular evaluations of suppliers through site visits and prepare comprehensive reports.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures, communicating effectively with senior management on performance metrics.

Requirements

Relevant experience in procurement/purchasing or cost control within the hospitality industry.

Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software.

Good knowledge of the English language.
