Rooms Division Manager

Role functions

Lead and manage all areas of the rooms division, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest experience.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to align with JW Marriott standards.

Train and mentor a high-performing rooms division team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Monitor occupancy and rates to maximize revenue and ensure optimal room availability.

Address guest feedback promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Collaborate with other departments to create a cohesive work environment and enhance overall guest services.

Analyze departmental performance metrics and prepare reports for executive management.

Requirements

Degree in Hospitality or similar

Previous relevant experience in luxury hospitality

Excellent knowledge of the English language (additional languages will be considered a plus)
