Manager, Public Sector Management Consulting Services

Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of various projects in the above fields
- Lead project teams towards the efficient and timely delivery of complicated assignments
- Create high quality reports and presentations
- Collaborate closely with client representatives to collect information on project related matters
- Research and apply best practices and benchmark knowledge on project implementation
- Leverage knowledge or prior experience to synthesize findings and to develop and present alternatives and recommendations
- Demonstrate the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, quality, and integrity
- University degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Sciences, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or any other related field
- Postgraduate degree in one of the above fields will be positively assessed
- 8 years of work experience, of which 4 years in the implementation of management consulting projects
- Experience in the implementation of consulting projects for public sector clients will be considered an asset
- Experience in process modeling using BPM tools (e.g., ARIS, ADONIS) will be considered an asset
- Ability to work on own initiative and interact as part of a highly motivated team
- Ability to prioritize and plan to effectively achieve goals and to be dependable in consistently delivering reliable results within deadlines
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Greek and English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- High level of accuracy with attention to detail
- Fulfilled military service (if relevant)
