Marketing Director Metabolic Diseases

• Analyzing and identifying areas of opportunity for business growth and ensure they are reflected in strategic plans to improve outcomes for patients living with metabolic diseases (e.g. diabetes, obesity and CVD).
• Ensure digital acceleration according to Novo Nordisk Greece strategy and brand objectives
• Monitor and challenge market developments (commercial, medical, access etc.) with high business impact and provide strategic recommendations for improvements and prepare for future launches.
• Foster innovation, simplicity, and agility in the organization, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives for sustainable business success.
• Lead, coach and develop the team to deliver above and beyond results by creating a transparent and focused organisation that shares obstacles and challenges across all collaborative areas.

• You have a Master’s degree or other relevant academic background in business, economics, natural sciences or pharmacology.
• At least 5-7 years pharmaceutical industry experience in commercial setting and deep understanding of medical data & marketing, developing strategies and executing on management level.
• Experience in people management is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Experience in diabetes, obesity and / or cardiovascular diseases will be considered a plus.
• Excellent leadership skills and a good eye for people development are essential.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a deep understanding of different functions across the value chain are essential.
• You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build sustainable relationships internally and externally. Excellent level of English is a must.
