Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Perform administrative duties on Material Receiving and Issuing in the Fluor Material Management System (training provided)

Attend and perform physical material inspections / counting, visiting warehouse and on-site locations to check on items status / locate and physically label material / crates as necessary (training provided)

Organize and maintain files, and maintain tracking data and reports on project drive and physical folders (training provided)

Review technical packages received from Engineering / Procurement; ensure correct documents are processed according to prescribed methods (checking Packing Lists and Bill of Materials)

May be required to update the approved material management reference system for buyers (training provided)

Issue daily/weekly/monthly reports, as assigned

Maintain the highest ethical standards of Material Management professional responsibility

Maintain compliance with all applicable company and project policies, procedures, and standards

Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed by Supervisor / Manager

Adhere to and support Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality

Other duties as assigned

Typical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills

University graduate or global equivalent in applicable field of study and 4-6 months of similar experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global equivalent

Very good English speaking, reading and writing skills are a minimum

Very good interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

Intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing, e-mail, excel spreadsheets, and electronic presentation programs

Ability to distinguish and apply perform problem solving when faced with on the job issues
