Ogilvy seeks to recruit a skilled Motion Designer to become an integral part of our dynamic agency team. As a Motion Designer in our organization, you will work on logo animations, brand movies, UI prototypes, social media content, case videos, 3D experiments and marketing campaigns. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that the content you produce aligns seamlessly with our clients' objectives and brand identity.

Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience as a Motion Designer specializing in After Effects, coupled with video editing expertise within the creative sector.
- An adept command of the Adobe Creative Suite, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing its various tools.
- Experience with templating, editing, and illustration.
- Demonstrated ability to create 2D and/or 3D animations.
- A comprehensive understanding of how video content adapts to different devices and platforms.
- An impressive portfolio reflecting diverse projects that highlight a broad spectrum of motion graphics capabilities.
- Proven time management skills, showcasing the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative team player, bringing energy, a can-do attitude, and a positive demeanor to the creative process.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and generate motion graphic elements to complement pre-existing video content.
- Edit raw video footage, incorporating effects and dynamic motion graphics to elevate the overall creative impact.
- Create animated video content from the ground up, utilizing minimal existing footage (e.g., transforming vector illustrations into animated videos).
- Collaborate in the formulation of video treatments and storyboards for conceptualizing video concepts.
- Craft design aesthetics that resonates with client brand identity and adhere to project guidelines consistently.
- Initiate proposals for innovative motion graphics styles, aiming to enhance content quality.
- Engage with art and creative teams to comprehend project scope and goals, actively contributing to the creative brainstorming and development process.
- Provide mentorship and knowledge-sharing to junior members within the creative team.
- Serve as a vocal proponent of anything and everything that fuels creative inspiration.
