Your Role as a Customer Service Agent:
Provide support to our customers via phone and email in Norwegian and English
Be the go-to contact for customers and ensure they get the right info
Build meaningful connections and respond to customer questions in a friendly, polite, and professional way
️ Follow guidelines from management and provide valuable feedback
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Norwegian fluency (minimum C1 level) – spoken and written
Intermediate English skills (minimum B2 level) – spoken and written
Strong communication skills, including great phone manners, listening abilities, and written clarity
A passion for learning and growth, curiosity, and a knack for problem-solving
An interest in living and working in beautiful Greece
