Norwegian Speaking Video Streaming Support with relocation- Remote in Greece

Responsibilities:
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat with their inquiries related to video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues surrounding video playback, account management, and device compatibility.
- Guide customers through setup processes and explain available service features clearly.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to improve service quality and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to assist in the continuous improvement of services.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Experience in customer support or a similar role, preferably in the tech or streaming industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities for technical issues.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with relocation assistance provided by the company.
- Able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work environment.
