Norwegian Speaking Video Streaming Support with full relocation - Athens, Greece

Responsibilities:
- Assist Norwegian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding video streaming services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues around video playback, account management, and device functionality.
- Guide customers through setup processes and explain different service features.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of issues and solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Collect and report customer feedback to inform service improvement initiatives.
- Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Experience in customer support or a related role in the tech or streaming sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and delivering effective solutions.
- Familiarity with video streaming platforms and technologies is advantageous.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with full relocation assistance provided.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote working environment.
