Are you tech-savvy and fluent in Norwegian with strong communication skills? Join our client to provide top-notch customer support for one of the largest streaming platforms!
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong, professional relationship with customers, showing empathy at every step
- Collaborate effectively with team members and management to create a supportive work environment
- Offer recommendations and guidance for common technical issues and FAQs Communicate with speed, empathy, and accuracy via phone, email, and chat
- Native Norwegian speaker with advanced English
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Tech-savvy and eager to help
- Willing to relocate to Athens EU passport required
