About the position
Location: Athens, Greece
Hybrid work

We are looking for a highly organized, flexible and dynamic Office Manager to join our Flora Food Group Office in Athens. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment. This position requires a combination of administrative, communication, and organizational skills to ensure the office operates seamlessly.
As a first point of contact for All Flora Food associates and Factory Facilities Team, you will make sure that people are happy and healthy. Being an Ambassador of our company you will be building friendly interactions with all employees and external visitors.
On daily basis you will take of welcoming guests upon arrival and run through house rule and safety information. In addition, you will be supervising and managing of facilities services related to our office such as cleaning, maintenance, coffee machines, handy man, office material supply etc.
Important part of your work will be onboarding process for all new employees. You will be responsible for welcoming new joiners and making sure that their phones and laptops working well. If not, you will contact IT Help desk and reporting all issues.
In addition to that, you will have a change to manage office expenses, document flow of payments. What is more, you will be organizing regular meetings, team building and corporate events, which will bring all people together socially.
In fulfilling all your tasks, you will consistently keep our office culture in mind. By actively shaping it, you will ensure that it remains open, appreciative, and characterized by team spirit.

So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are an ideal candidate, if you already have experience minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position in an international environment.
You have excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Moreover, you can easily work independently and in a team.
You are able to prioritize and multitask in a dynamic work environment.
Knowledge of office software and tools - knowledge of Ariba preferred.
Fluent Greek and advanced English required.
