We are an online marketing and digital performance company specializing in the i Gaming industry (Gambling). Our team has been involved in the affiliate business since 2012 and we currently own more than 60 websites. We have solidified our position as one of the leading i Gaming affiliates in Greece and maintain a strong presence in numerous European and North American markets.
This position will provide senior administrative and operational support to the Top Management and will oversee office operations.

This position will provide senior administrative and operational support to the Top Management and will oversee office operations.
Responsibilities
- Under limited supervision, first document drafts, such as contracts and correspondence and proofread
- Organizing and maintaining up-to-date and easily accessible Corporate, UBOs documents and other legal
- Preparing correspondence and other documents for licensing, compliance, and business registries (forms
- Support the development and maintenance of the outside counsel and legal vendor management processes
- Support the Top Management with appointment setting, calendar management, travel arrangements, and
- Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and
- Attend meetings and take notes of discussion; prepare the initial draft of minutes and summaries.
- Work directly with the Founders and Top Management to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the Top Management; redirect matters to staff to handle, or
- Keep the Top Management advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
- Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other

- Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff (eg. receptionist employee).
- Processing invoices and managing office budgets.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering new stationery, furniture, appliances, and electronics as required.
- Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork.
- Coordinate errands, manage supplies, and all relevant vendor relations.
- Coordinate and suggest more efficient ways to run the office and troubleshoot malfunctions.
- Organizing maintenance companies to keep the office clean and safe and ensure its appliances are in good
- Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports and reimbursement claims.
- Reporting office progress to Top Management and working with them to improve office operations and
- Organizing the office layout and supervising the establishment of new offices/branches
Essential
- Undergraduate degree.
- At least three (5) years of working experience as a Paralegal Assistant, Office Manager or similar role
- Outstanding oral and written English communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems
- Experience using office equipment.
- Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.
- Knowledge of office procedures
