My Blossom Travel , part of the prestigious Kennedys Group, is looking for an experienced Outgoing Travel Agent to join our expanding Luxury Leisure Department. Based in the scenic Athens Riviera at Glyfada, this role is ideal for a professional with a passion for crafting unforgettable, high-end travel experiences for discerning clients.

Position Overview:
As an Outgoing Travel Agent in the Luxury Leisure Department, you will specialize in organizing bespoke travel experiences for high-net-worth individuals and luxury travelers. Your expertise will be key in creating tailor-made itineraries, securing exclusive services, and ensuring a seamless travel experience from start to finish. You will work closely with top-tier suppliers to provide exceptional luxury travel packages.

Key Responsibilities:
Curate personalized, luxury travel itineraries for clients, ensuring every detail is meticulously arranged.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of luxury destinations, high-end hotels, exclusive resorts, and premium airlines to offer the best travel experiences.

Manage bookings for flights, accommodation, private transfers, yachts, and other bespoke services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers, negotiating the best deals and added-value services for clients.

Provide 24/7 support for clients during their trips, handling last-minute changes and special requests with efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest trends in the luxury travel market and emerging high-end destinations.

Deliver exceptional customer service to a global, high-profile clientele, ensuring their travel experience exceeds expectations.

Key Qualifications:
Location: Candidates must be based in Greece, with convenient access to our Glyfada office.

Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in luxury travel planning, with a proven track record of creating high-end travel packages.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in the SABRE airline ticketing system is required. Familiarity with GDS platforms like Amadeus or Galileo is a plus.

Experience with hotel wholesale systems and luxury accommodation platforms is advantageous.

Destination Expertise: Extensive knowledge of top luxury destinations, from tropical paradises to cultural capitals, with an ability to recommend hidden gems and exclusive experiences.

Sales and Negotiation: Strong sales abilities, with a focus on meeting client needs and surpassing expectations. Skilled in negotiating with luxury service providers to secure exclusive upgrades and deals.

Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to planning and organizing complex itineraries, ensuring seamless travel arrangements.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages, particularly French or Italian, is a plus.
