Inter Cars Greece is looking for Payroll Specialist for Company’s Head Quarters in Attika - Elliniko .

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and monitor the staff payroll and benefits, maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and perform

Prepare daily and weekly reports and documents

Produce necessary dashboards (monthly-quarterly-annual basis) to monitor budget, targets and evaluate progress

Maintain the HR database records for all employees ensuring meeting procedural and legislative requirements

Prepare regular and ad hoc HR reports

Update internal database with new personnel information and maintain HR records

Participate in developing and updating company's policies, organizational guidelines, and procedures

Key Requirements of qualified candidate :
BSc in Business Administration, Financial or Accounting Studies

3-4 years of working experience in a relevant position

Excellent in written and spoken English

Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, MS Excel, etc.) & reporting knowledge

Knowledge of the required forms for Ergani

Very good knowledge of Labour Legislation

Knowledge of Greek General Chart of Accounts
