Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Digital Marketing team to drive client growth through strategic paid advertising initiatives. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will leverage major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Programmatic Ads to capture high-intent customers and foster referral-based growth.

Join our dynamic Digital Marketing team to drive client growth through strategic paid advertising initiatives. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will leverage major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and Programmatic Ads to capture high-intent customers and foster referral-based growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik Tok Ads, Linked In Ads etc.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI and KPIs, and present monthly results to clients.
- Engage in continuous keyword research and audience targeting to enhance campaign reach and effectiveness.
- Manage conversion points and optimize user funnels to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct experiments and conversion tests to refine marketing strategies.
- Utilize Google Analytics 4 and Enhanced E-commerce to gather insights; leverage Google Tag Manager for tracking and data accuracy.
- Produce insightful data-driven reports using tools such as Looker Studio.
- Minimum of 3 years in performance marketing, preferably in a digital agency, including at least 2 years managing SEM.
- Good understanding in digital tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM), the setup of pixels and conversion tracking is managed by a web analytics team.
- High competency in managing platforms such as Facebook Business Manager and Google Ads Manager.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Greece.
