Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: Competitive salary, paid 14 times a year.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
As a Portuguese Speaking Social Media Content Moderator, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe and engaging environment for users. Your responsibilities will include:

• Content Review: Evaluate and moderate user-generated content in accordance with community guidelines and policies.
• Escalation: Identify and escalate violations of client policies when necessary.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain a high standard of quality in each piece of content you review.
• Feedback Provision: Provide insights and feedback to improve content moderation processes.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Portuguese with a strong command of English.
• Social Media Savvy: A keen interest in social media trends and user engagement.
• Moderation Experience: Previous experience in content moderation or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Empathy and Understanding: A genuine desire to foster a positive online community.

Work Conditions:

• Shifts: Business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
• Contract: Permanent contract with a competitive pay structure.

Relocation Package (Optional if required):

• Accommodation for 2 Weeks:
• Option 1: Hotel stay (includes breakfast and dinner).
• Option 2: Airbnb accommodation with a kitchen.
• Flight Expenses: Paid flight to Greece (if relocating).
• Real Estate Support: €350 real estate agency fee, with assistance in finding long-term housing.
