Our Delivery Hero Pay team that delivers #Fin Tech solutions is growing and we are looking for a Product Operations Associate, who will help with the systems and platforms in selected Delivery Hero entities within the European segment.
What you’ll do:

Support in the development of the onboarding and operational processes for all European countries, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards of each country.

Collaborate with DH Pay teams to identify pain points, needs, challenges & optimize operational flows.

Help identify opportunities for simplicity and scalability in the onboarding and operational processes.
-
Collect and analyze data and internal feedback to build solid business cases to support and justify operational improvements.

Communicate with the Tech team to deliver the best solution in a timely manner.

Actively contribute to the quality assurance process to ensure feature releases meet quality standards.

Train the team and other stakeholders how to use the new processes and solutions effectively.

Responsible for the documentation and its maintenance and writing clear business requirements.

Design, develop and implement operational processes. Investigate and evaluate the existing operational process to suggest changes in the processes.

Proactively identify and resolve related issues with the onboarding process; translate problems into tangible and feasible solutions to drive efficiency.
What you’ll have:
-
Minimum 1-2 years of related operations experience.
-
Understanding of operational processes and tools, and product frameworks.
-
Hands-on attitude, capable of dealing with constant change and being able to get things done in a timely and effective manner.

Experience in operations and project management in a timely manner.
-
Writing and presentation skills.
-
Strong team player, with an ability to connect people and teams to our company vision.

B.S degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science or any other relevant field will be an advantage.

IT knowledge will be considered a plus.
-
Excellent communication & collaboration skills (English is a must).
