SOFTONE is looking for a Product Manager to join our Go retail team.

SOFTONE is looking for a Product Manager to join our Go retail team.
Your contribution to the success of the team
- Ensures that bugs and new minor functional specifications are valid on business perspective and reported to R&D correctly
- Maintain bugs and minor specifications backlog in an orderly fashion
- Analyze and document software specifications and work closely with R&D and Product management to deliver products and services
- Works closely with R&D to ensure that all issues are correctly reproduced in test environment
- Act as second level support to support and project implementation teams
- Participate in user acceptance testing
- Deliver content and product documentation
- Aids senior product managers and product leads
- 2+ years of experience in IT/Business Software industry
- BS in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- Master is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of Business Software and SQL server
- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of English language
- Great people skills and good communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills
- A high degree of personal initiative, learning ability and willingness to learn are a basic prerequisite
