About your future role
Before you start working in our Greece Platforms department, you will go through well-structured education that will prepare you for your new role. This role provides you with the opportunity to work in a hybrid model, combining work from home and from the office. Your local team will be based in Greece, and you will be part of our talented PMO office.


Your key responsibilities in this role will be to

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT driven projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints adhering to PMO’s processes and standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, testers and clients, to define project goals and deliverables
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and dependencies
• Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and timely resolution
• Implement project management best practices, methodologies, and tools to drive efficiency and ensure successful project execution
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, applying appropriate contingency plans when necessary
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, facilitating effective communication and coordination among team members

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering complex projects
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, as well as collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Service Now, etc)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ensuring effective communication across all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Excellent command of Greek and English language

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out

• Familiarity with payment technologies, such as mobile payments, digital wallets, and contactless payments
• Customer orientation, focus on delivering results, strong sense of ownership
• Team player, can-do mentality, with strong organizational, problem solving and project management skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Project management certifications, such as PMP or Agile certifications, would be an advantage
