Louis Hotels , one of the biggest hotel groups in Greece and Cyprus, is seeking to recruit an individual for its newest 5-star hotel ‘King Jason Zante’, in Zakynthos Island, member of Louis Hotels Exclusive Collection, for the below position:

Restaurant Manager

Main Responsibilities:
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.

Assisting with or performing administrative tasks, such as managing and updating invoices, processing new orders, and tracking inventory.

Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency.

Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service.

Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues.

Auditing work and customer service to ensure the company's high standards, efficiency, and productivity goals are met.

Qualifications:
Degree in Hospitality/Tourism.

2 years’ minimum experience as a Restaurant Manager in a hotel with similar high standards.

Excellent organizational and team management skills.

Excellent command of English language is essential; knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.

Self-motivated, enthusiastic, guest oriented and with a hands-on operations management approach.

Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills.
