Noema is seeking a professional, high-energy Restaurant Manager to oversee and organise daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering high-quality guest experiences and inspiring the team to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Build a strong rapport with guests and create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Motivate the team to deliver seamless, efficient, and top-quality service.
- Supervise the service sequence and maintain a hands-on presence during operations.
- Set and maintain brand standards, ensuring all colleagues are trained to uphold them.
- Complete and organise all daily, weekly, and monthly paperwork accurately.
- Play a key role in team training, development, and retention.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary and maintain positive inter-departmental relationships.
- Drive sales to maximise revenue and achieve budgeted targets.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing business and implement promotional activities in collaboration with the General Manager.
- Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in Mykonos or in high-end/luxury restaurants with high-paced environments.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service in a managerial position.
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, organisational, and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
