Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic S(afety) H(ealth) E(nvironment) Expert who will actively coordinate improvement of Safety and Environmental results to deliver manufacturing excellence. Reporting to SHE & Quality Manager Greece you will drive zero incident performance through the right implementation of compliance requirements and the Global SHE Improvement program at our plant and being responsible for:

Supporting the Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Pillar, by implementing corporate and regulatory requirements.
Ensuring awareness, understanding, and application of SHE standards across the plant and contractors.
Deploying programs for effective safety organization (e.g., emergency response, first aid, Behaviour Observation System, Permit to Work, Lototo etc).
Driving a culture of engagement and develops capabilities, through training and coaching which delivers a safety-perfect culture.
Supporting ISO 45001 & 14001 implementation and developing SHE Management System.
Managing incident investigations.
Providing SHE expertise for risk assessments and new projects at the plant.
Delivering KPI’s, including Incident Rate, Safety Maturity Level, Energy & Waste monitoring.
Acting as a linking pin with Global SHE Pillar.

For this role as a SHE Expert, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

University degree (Bachelor) or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Environment or Safety
Experience with ISO 14001 and 45001 standards and Lean programs
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
Fluency both in English and Greek.
