We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our software applications development division. This is a senior role for candidates with a strong analytical background and experience in end-to-end software development lifecycles.

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our software applications development division. This is a senior role for candidates with a strong analytical background and experience in end-to-end software development lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document software requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed system specifications and diagrams to guide the development process and provide clarity to developers.
- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize software solutions.
- Participate in testing and validation phases to ensure that the developed software meets specifications and is free from defects.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation, including software requirements, system designs, and testing procedures, to support ongoing development and future enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Lead and/or participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), provide support, and act as a point of contact for customer users.
- Serve as a liaison between customer stakeholders and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure clear communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a similar role, with proven expertise in requirement gathering, system design, and analysis.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in conducting technical training and presentations for both business and technology functions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with the complete software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and delivery.
Good to Have
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead discussions with stakeholders.
- Experience with analysis tools and documentation software is a plus.
