The right candidate must have between 1 and 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer and be willing to apply her/his skills in co-creating solutions that support complex business processes and drive the digitalization roadmaps of large organizations in the Insurance and Financial Services industry.

This is a full-time position located in Athens, Greece. Currently, we are following a hybrid work model.
Requirements

• Educational background in Technology (informatics, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar) ideally combined with a post-graduate level degree.
• 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience as a software engineer
• Excellent software development skills with an emphasis on Object-Oriented Design
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Database design principles
• Team spirit, attention to detail, and a problem-solving attitude
• Willingness to understand the related business domains
• Enthusiastic about obtaining new knowledge and skills
• Good communication skills (in both written and oral form, in Greek and English)
• No pending military obligations in case of male candidates

Good to have:

• Experience in solutions delivery in SAP environments using ABAP and/or JAVA stacks
• Previous exposure in the insurance industry
