#About Your Team
The Test Engineering team is a key department with an ambitious plan in terms of growth, innovation, talent management and market recognition.


You will work with Deloitte Projects across North and South Europe, collaborate with top performing international teams and advise organizations on how to effectively mitigate risks and make informed and intelligent risk decisions to maximize opportunities. This includes helping them manage and prevent risks around their business processes, technology and operations, and often extends to the design and implementation of revised control frameworks and technology solutions.


The people who will join us, can work in teams, have a detail-oriented mindset, analytical thinking skills, a drive for quality in technology and they will be able to understand and interpret business requirements - such that quality of the software is ensured via Testing.

#About Your Role
As a Consultant in our Test Engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients in identifying, assessing, and managing risks that may impact their business objectives. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging your expertise to deliver value-added insights.


At the crossroads of Sustainability, Finance and Technology, we are looking for ambitious, technology proficient team players to join our growing team in our offices in Thessaloniki. As Test Engineer you will:

• Analyzing requirements and preparing related test scenarios
• Executing tests on software usability
• Analyzing test results for impacts, failures, and usability
• Interacting with clients to understand product requirements
• Participating in design reviews and providing input on requirements, product design, and potential problems.
• Interacting with clients to understand the technology transformation program and related requirements
• Preparation of test reports
• Defect Management and proactive follow-ups

What are the must have’s to excel in this role?

• A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
• Strong knowledge of programming, ideally Java or Python
• 1-2 years of prior experience in Automation Testing would be considered as a high plus
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good organizational skills and detail-oriented mindset

Some nice to have's will be:

• Familiarity with solutions like SAP/S4HANA, SALESFORCE or equivalent ones
• Familiarity with Test Automation Tools/Technologies like Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, Squish, Wor Soft, Provar
• Working knowledge of Power BI and MS Office Excel
