Job Purpose/Role

As a Spare Parts Coordinator, you will actively contribute to achieving a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction in our Truck and Bus repair workshop. You are fully responsible for ordering and supplying spare parts for repairs as well as for the own warehouse.

Furthermore, you assist the workshop manager in the daily operations of the workshop

Your tasks will include:

• Identifying and Ordering Spare Parts for vehicle repairs
• Manage the optimum parts quantity in our own warehouse
• Organization & monitoring of Service work/repairs
• Handling service guarantees/recalls
• Invoicing repairs and parts to internal and external customers
• Monitoring of Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Management of follow-up Service results

Necessary qualifications:

• Experience in parts ordering and warehousing
• Knowledge of reading technical drawings
• Computer knowledge & use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Knowledge of English
• Organizational skills
• Enhanced communication and collaboration skills
