Responsibilities
How does a typical day look like? You will be involved with:
  • Job postings development
  • Resume screening
  • Interview coordination
  • Sourcing and outreaching passive applicants
  • Interviewing candidates, conducting interview reports, and developing candidate shortlists
  • Communicating with clients and delivering shortlists
  • Carrying out very interesting employer branding projects for our clients
  • Researching candidate sources, best practices, and current salaries on the respective market
  • Constantly growing a diverse candidate network

Basic Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related role
  • Practical knowledge of GSuite Tools (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to cooperate effectively with people throughout the organization
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Organized and methodical mindset
  • Motivation to constantly learn and develop your own knowledge and skills
  • Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions

Good to Have
  • Experience with tech recruitment
  • Knowledge of the IT industry
