Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st level customer support using remote access tools for technical related issues.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and provide accurate, creative solutions to technical issues while ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Process requests received via telephone, email or ticketing system.
- Identify the type of the customer’s contract to provide the best possible solution.
- Prioritizes projects and operations tasks effectively.
Requirements:
- A degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Excellent communication skills (both written & oral).
- Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge in solving Networking issues.
- Enjoy being a team player.
Nice to have:
- At least 1 year experience providing end user support in an IT/computer-related field ideally in Support services, will be considered as an asset.
- Microsoft SQL Databases Experience.
