Eyewear group aiming to strengthen its presence in the Greek market, is recruiting for our Greek subsidiary , qualified professionals for the position of Trade Marketing & PR Communications Manager .

The candidate will work closely with the sales, operations, customer support, and finance teams internally, while externally, will interact with key customers and group portfolio Brand and marketing teams.

Key Accountabilities:
Develop annual local marketing plan.

Manage budget in collaboration with Finance & Brand Management.

Build trade marketing plans in synergy with top customers.

Increase Brand portfolio visibility through window/in store customizations (permanent and temporary).

Manage internal Trade Marketing tools and digital platforms, create, and monitor reports.

Cooperate with Customer Service to ensure correct allocation & delivery of POP material.

Plan ATL activities in collaboration with Media Planning Dept (print, digital, etc).

Perform internal and external trainings to sales staff & customers.

Manage local press days and PR events.

Press Office: connect with PR agency/journalists to ensure brand portfolio media visibility.

Strong media & PR networking skills to maximize media partnerships.

Who we are looking for:
Preferably 4-5 years marketing experience in Eyewear and/or Fashion/Luxury goods/FMCG/Pharmaceutical.

Negotiation and commercial acumen.

Dynamic, strong interpersonal and communication skills.

PC literacy.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.

Italian is a plus.

Bachelor's degree.

Availability to travel up to 15% annually in Greece and abroad.
