ABOUT THE ROLE:
The company is seeking a Warehouse Specialist - Spirits & Coffee, reporting to the Warehouse Lead - Spirits & Coffee. The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities during their shift, completing daily tasks, and achieving departmental KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee loading and unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Handle the physical and systemic receipt of finished goods and place them in the warehouse.
• Monitor and continuously improve picker productivity.
• Conduct stock monitoring, including daily inventory checks and managing mixed pallets.
• Provide daily reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Track and report on departmental KPIs.
• Ensure accurate process flow for all relevant warehouse activities.
• Ensure all warehouse activities adhere to Health and Safety standards.
• Continuously improve operations through performance management routines, particularly Lean Logistics.
• Understand and apply Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) in daily tasks.
• Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders (sales, planning, distribution, finance, tax) and external partners to optimize team performance.
• Prepare reports related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
Essential :

• Degree in any discipline, preferably with a focus on logistics.
• Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong teamwork mentality.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage change and adapt to unexpected challenges.

Desirable :

• Knowledge of SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS).
