Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and the development team, responsible for managing project requirements, tracking progress, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between client expectations and project execution, ensuring clear communication and smooth workflow for every project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main contact for clients, handling requirement changes, progress updates, and project closures.
  • Collect and summarise project requirements, tasks, and communicate work requirement to the development team efficiently.
  • Closely manage project progress, ensuring that deliverables meet the clients' expectations and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication with the UX/UI team and developers, ensuring alignment on project goals.
  • Conduct weekly client meetings, provide progress updates, and address any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Create and present a weekly Power Point report summarizing what has been completed, what is pending, reasons for delays, and the expected timeline for future deliverables.
  • Motivate and encourage the development team to maintain a weekly log of their work to support transparent communication with clients.
  • Implement best practices in project management to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor and improve the internal workflow to boost efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, account management, or a related role in the software development industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and developers.
  • Ability to clearly define project requirements, allocate tasks, and manage work distribution.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and presentation software (e.g., Microsoft Power Point).
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $80.00 - $120.00 per hour
