會計文員 Accounting Clerk (5 days work)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for payment data entry and double checking
Maintain proper accounting records and documentation

Answer the telephone enquiry from customers

Job Requirements:

Answer the telephone enquiry from customers
1 year or above relevant accounting experience
Organized, hardworking, attention to details, independent with team spirit as well
Conversant with MS office, esp. Excel, & SAP knowledge is preferable
Good communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese
