JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for daily accounting operations, including data entry, billing and filing

Assist in regular month-end closing activities

Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

Verify hotel revenue by conducting audit duties

Prepare and send invoices to customers

Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures

Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE

Higher diploma or above in Accounting with LCCI Certificates

Minimum 1 year experience in accounting or audit field (fresh graduates will also be considered)

Proficient in PC skills including Excel and Word

Knowledge of Sun Systems is an advantage but not essential

Strong in numerical sense , self-motivated, responsible and reliable

Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
