Affiliate Marketing & Operation (Marketing Assistant)

Our client is a leading international e-commerce platform specializing in Asian beauty and fashion products from South Korea, Japan, and China. They offer a dynamic working environment and excellent growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Planning and Implementation:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the US, European, and Asian markets.
- Develop campaign plans and budgets that align with the organization's marketing objectives.
- Partner Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of marketing partners, including price comparison sites, coupon platforms, influencers, bloggers, and publishers.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution, including managing content creation, product sampling, and performance tracking.
- Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of future efforts.
- Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams, such as product, operations, and creative, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and support the team in achieving the organization's goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, e Commerce, or a related field
- Up to 1 year of experience in startups or media agencies is preferred, but open to fresh graduates with relevant internships
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, driven, and able to engage effectively with decision-makers
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- 5-day work week.
