Business Development Executive (Japanese Speaker) - at Hong Kong

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales cycle without the need for new customer prospecting.
- Present business solutions to SMEs that are dissatisfied with their current tools and systems.
- Analyze customer needs, business activities, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct personalized demonstrations that address client-specific requirements.
- Lead negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
- No cold calling—many potential clients are already aware of the solutions and are eager to learn more.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives from a variety of industries, expanding your professional network and industry expertise.
- Work with an evolving product suite that covers a wide array of applications, including CRM, Accounting, E-commerce, Inventory, HR, and Project Management.
- Engage directly with clients from initial contact through to deal closure.
- Benefit from an uncapped commission structure.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Bilingual in English and Japanese.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong desire to negotiate and meet targets.
- Strong awareness of software and new technologies.
- Immediate availability.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment with a hands-on approach.
- Open-minded and adaptable, with a proactive attitude towards change.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the initiative to drive results.
- Dedicated to fostering a strong and positive company culture.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per month
