We, Alibaba Overseas Engineering & TPM team, are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced fresh graduate to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful testing and commissioning of our state-of-the-art data centre facilities, with a focus on spending at least 20% of your working time on construction sites.As the Data Centre Testing and Commissioning Engineer, you will be accountable for the following key responsibilities:1. **Site Supervision and Coordination**: You will work closely with the local construction team, engineers, workers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of the testing and commissioning process. This will involve coordinating the activities of various vendors, subcontractors and consultants, monitoring progress, and identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.2. **Testing and Commissioning**: You will be participating in developing/reviewing and implementing comprehensive testing and commissioning plans, method statements and test scripts for all critical systems and components within the data centre, including power, cooling, fire-fighting, monitoring and security infrastructure. This will involve conducting rigorous testing procedures, analyzing results, and verifying that all systems are functioning as per the design specifications.3. **Documentation and Reporting**: You will be required to maintain detailed documentation of the testing and commissioning process, including test plans, procedures, and results. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating comprehensive reports that outline the status of the project, any identified issues, and recommended actions to address them.4. **Compliance and Quality Assurance**: You will ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices. You will also be responsible for implementing quality assurance measures to ensure the overall integrity and reliability of the data centre infrastructure.5. **Stakeholder Engagement**: You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including the project management team, the operation team, the landlord, main contractors and 3rd party agents for timely and successful completion of the testing and commissioning tasks.

1. Educational background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Network Engineering and Building Monitoring System2. Passionate, result-oriented, logical thinking and sense of ownership3. Able to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills5. Fluent in Mandarin and English; Cantonese speaking will be a plus.6. Willing to travel to various sites as needed7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines8. Strong sense of safety and code compliance
