Reporting to Project Manager, Program Delivery, you will be responsible to provide application support to DHL CAH and to ensure the high availability of these services with minimal disruption to business continuity. You will also support for system trouble shooting and incident management.
You will also be responsible for application development and support for digitalization initiatives to improve process efficiency and customer experience.

YOUR TASKS
Working Location: DHL Central Asia Hub, Chek Lap KokReporting to Project Manager, Program Delivery, you will be responsible to provide application support to DHL CAH and to ensure the high availability of these services with minimal disruption to business continuity. You will also support for system trouble shooting and incident management.
You will also be responsible for application development and support for digitalization initiatives to improve process efficiency and customer experience.
- Provide technical support for local business applications and liaise with the IT data center counterpart for global DHL application support, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Support the design, development and implementation of local systems and digitalization initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements to suggest improvements and optimize system performance.
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in developing, implementing, and supporting applications, preferably in logistics industry or multinational companies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
