Key Areas of Responsibilities
Support various Trading desks including Proprietary, Brokerage & Agency
Perform trade management duties such as trade allocation, capturing, confirmation, reconciliation for global equities markets
Liaise with different counterparts within the global offices for resolving trading issues
Resolve client queries in a timely manner
Review settlement status and trade report for process management
Handle reconciliation between onshore and offshore systems, and resolve any exceptions identified
Perform quality control, risk management and communicate with global offices to fulfil internal and regulatory requirements
Assist in new product launch and system enhancement projects
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder
At least 1 to 3 years middle office/trade support experience
Candidate with CTM / HKEX Stock Connect experience is highly preferred but not a must
Excellent command in English and Mandarin would be preferred
Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Able to work independently and multi task
Able to work vary working hours according to market operations
Awareness of market rules and regulations
