ITRC has a mission to facilitate and enhance information and communication technology (ICT) application in the Social Service Sector. ITRC has been developing and implementing various ICT solutions for the Non-governmental Organizations (NGOs), and is one of the major solution suppliers in the Social Service Sector.

Analyst Programmer (Ref No.: HKCSS/088/2024)

One-year renewable contract

Responsibilities

Gather requirement, analyze and evaluate with operational analysis to come up with requirement specification and solution design documents.

Produce system design and functional specifications for all new and existing development projects.

Produce detailed data model & flow charts outlining systems processes and business processes.

Perform gap analysis on business workflow to identify the customization/change requirement.

Responsible for system development for strategic business initiatives as well as maintenance of existing application systems.

Conduct system testing and document testing results.

Facilitate user training and user acceptance testing for local and overseas corporate systems users.

Ensure development and testing quality of work done prior to application releases.

Deploy solutions projects around Microsoft cloud such as Office 365, Microsoft 365, Azure and related applications.

Perform IT support to Hutchison Ports corporate users and overseas users

Requirements

Higher Diploma or Degree in Information Technology / Statistics or related disciplines.

Experience in relational database design/development in Oracle, Microsoft SQL and My Sql.

Experience in Java/J2EE, JSP, Java Script, JSON, Python, PHP, HTML, XML, SQL.

Experience in Jasper Report, Restful API and web application server (e.g. Tomcat, Weblogic, IIS, etc)

Knowledge of Microsoft Share Point Online, Power Apps and Power Automate Platform is a plus.

Experienced in supporting Microsoft Applications (e.g. Office 365, Skype/Teams and Office 365) on different operating systems (i.e. Windows, Linux and Mac OS, Android and IOS).

Customer-focused with strong system analysis and problem-solving skill.

Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English and Chinese.

Committed, responsible, highly motivated and able to work independently.

Self-learned programming skills will be an asset.

5-day work per week. 15-day annual leave.
