Operations Officer, OTC Department

- Provide operations support to daily production so as to deliver securities services with productivity, high quality, risk consciousness and excellent client service.
- To execute over-the-counter structural product trades as well as to provide professional advice and market quotes services to customers and manage the associated risks.
- Able to liaise with business units and counterparties for any settlement and operational matters.
- Ensure all tasks are complied with regulatory rules and requirements.
- Support portfolio manager in analyzing portfolio asset allocation and risk management.
- Assist in ad-hoc project(s) when assigned.
- University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline
- 3 years of experience in the operations and settlement of Bonds, Repo, FX, OTC Options, Funds, TRS, Portfolio Swap and Structured Products etc.
- Product knowledge in investment products covering Bonds, Repo, FX, OTC Options, Funds, TRS, Portfolio Swap, Structured Products, etc.
- High proficiency in both spoken and written English
