Legal Manager/Assistant Manager/Paralegal

- Report to the Head of Legal.
- Collaborate with the legal team to provide efficient and high-quality legal advice to the company and other group companies.
- Prepare and draft different legal documentations.
- Advise and conduct legal research on different legal aspects, including but not limited to corporate, regulatory, commercial, litigation, employment law, personal data and privacy.
- Liaise with external counsels and manage ad hoc legal matters as required by the management.
- Maintain corporate records and documentations, and attend to filings from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in laws or equivalent.
- Relevant experience in other law firms, finance, investment, securities, asset management, private equities or related industries is preferred.
- Good team player, well organized and proactive.
- Strong communication skills and good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
- Whilst this position is a junior role, solicitors and lawyers qualified in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions would also be considered.
