Legal Manager/Assistant Manager/Paralegal

Responsibilities:

Report to the Head of Legal.
Collaborate with the legal team to provide efficient and high-quality legal advice to the company and other group companies.
Prepare and draft different legal documentations.
Advise and conduct legal research on different legal aspects, including but not limited to corporate, regulatory, commercial, litigation, employment law, personal data and privacy.
Liaise with external counsels and manage ad hoc legal matters as required by the management.
Maintain corporate records and documentations, and attend to filings from time to time.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in laws or equivalent.
Relevant experience in other law firms, finance, investment, securities, asset management, private equities or related industries is preferred.
Good team player, well organized and proactive.
Strong communication skills and good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Independent and able to work under pressure.
Whilst this position is a junior role, solicitors and lawyers qualified in Hong Kong or other jurisdictions would also be considered.
