Legal Counsel (6 month contract), Global Asset Manager

Leading global asset manager is seeking a 6 month contractor to support as a Legal Counsel to assist with APAC legal matters. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing a range of documents including fund documents, investment management agreements, distribution agreements and other general corporate / business documents. You will also assist with regional projects and liaise with external counsel on matters. <br /><br />The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of PQE gained in private practice or in-house roles. Fluency in English and Chinese is required. Prior funds experience will be highly advantageous.
