Senior Officer, Legal Administration

- Providing all-around administrative support to the Legal Department, including acting as departmental coordinator with external and other internal stakeholders
- Coordinating regular updates to management, regular departmental meetings, related meeting minutes and other departmental records and updates
- Maintaining and updating document retention records
- Managing legal budget and bills settlement
- Supervising and working with other office officers
- Assisting General Counsel on other departmental / administrative tasks as they may arise from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- Post-secondary qualification in related discipline (e.g. management, administration, company secretary) a plus
- A minimum of 3 years' relevant working experience in departmental / office administration, preferably within the legal space either with sizeable in-house legal department or law firms, working closely with senior legal professionals (e.g. law firm partners, department head)
- Proactive, hardworking, flexible, mature, and a good team-player
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-tasking and to work independently
- Managerial/ supervisory experience a plus
- Competent PC skills in Word, Excel, and Power Point, Chinese-typing and English-typing
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
