Senior Administrative Assistant

- Provide full spectrum of office administration functions including general office administrations, sectional expense reimbursement, handling business travel and claims, office planning and maintenance, supplies and facilities management.
- Support the day-to-day management including budget exercises, expenditure analysis and report compilation for sectional costs charge-out and staff expenditures.
- Assist engineers in correspondence, project submissions and responses consolidation.
- Assist in C&R works monitoring, COT review, purchasing orders, expense monitoring and allocation for various projects
- Supervise the administrative works and handle relevant systems, such as Corporate Budget System, OPEM, FCS & COT etc
- Grade E / Level 2 / “Attained” or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE, including English and Chinese Languages, preferably with formal administrative or secretarial training
- A minimum of 4 years' relevant work experience in providing secretarial and administrative support
- Able to work independently on various office administrative duties and be attentive and sensitive to details
- Be meticulous and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Hands-on experience in various software applications, such as Chinese and English word processing, Excel, Power Point, etc.
