Senior Asset Governance and Development Manager

- Oversee Enterprise Asset Management Solution (EAMS) project implementation to all MTR lines by effectively management the project scope, programme, resources, change management and risks
- Implement Asset Management (AM) digitalization by adopting fit-for-purpose innovation and technology as well as process streamlining to sustain effective Asset Management System (AMS) implementation
- Deliver EAMS 2.0 and EAMS 3.0 development with holistic data integration between EAMS and other asset related OT/IT satellite systems to enable dynamic asset performance monitoring and build up predictive capabilities for optimizing asset management planning
- Enforce good practices in asset maintenance through effective checks and balances and drive line departments to implement asset management governance framework to assure AMS compliance
- Enforce asset data governance framework in line departments to sustain asset data quality and integrity throughout the asset lifecycle
- Support the productization of asset management governance framework for effective roll-out to rail operations outside Hong Kong and for new business development
- Develop and uphold the asset management governance framework to enhance asset lifecycle management, including technical and quality assurance, asset condition and capability assurance, asset management competency development, and asset performance optimization
- Ensure due diligence on safety and environmental issues by developing and monitoring the governance and assurance mechanism
- Drive asset cost optimization by developing enabling processes to assure cost effectiveness in investment decisions for asset replacement, maintenance activities and business demands
- Degree in Engineering of any discipline
- A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience of which 4 years should be at managerial level
- Possession of corporate membership of a recognised professional institution is preferred
- Proven experience in development of management systems for railway business
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
